Guest Relations
Guest Relations is located at our main gate. Team members are on duty to assist guests with information or special needs.

Health Services/First AID
The Health Services station is located next to Sangerfest Halle in Spassburg. Guests may store medications here during their visit. Groups with Medical Release Forms should check in at this station.

Stroller & Wheelchair Rental
Strollers and wheelchairs are available to rent on a first-come, first-serve basis, just inside the Main Gate.

ATM-Automated teller machines
For your convenience ATM machines are located at the Main Gate and various locations throughout the park. Please grab a park map at the entrance for locations.

Americans with Disabilities
Most rides are accessible via the ride exit. Please consult signage at ride entrance and exit areas or ask any host or hostess for assistance. Our "Guidebook for Guests with Disabilities,", available at the Hospitality Center, details all access information. We also offer rental of wheelchairs and motorized chairs directly inside the Main Gate area. Other services include telecommunications devices for the deaf (TDD) and assisted listening devices for indoor theatres.

Lost Parents
Children separated from their parents are taken to Hospitality in Los Festivales, near the front of the park.

Kennel
Kennel facilities are located to the right of the Main Entrance. Pets cannot be kept overnight and must have current vaccinations and registration tags. For assistance there is a telephone located at the entrance of the kennel. Dial extension 5191 and the Communications Center will assist you.

Lost And Found
Located just inside the Front Gate. While Six Flags makes every effort to return lost items to their owners, it is necessary to wait until the park closes to retrieve items from a ride or attraction. Please follow all ride policies securing loose articles before entering a ride. Six Flags is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Public Transportation
VIA Metropolitan Transit offers bus service to Fiesta Texas from downtown and Crossroads Mall on Route 94 during the summer months. The VIA bus drop-off is located to the left of the Main Entrance along the guest drop off/pick up drive. Call VIA Information at (210) 362-2020 for schedules.
